At TLC Clean, we take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the service you receive, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Service Re-Do:
If you're dissatisfied with the results of a cleaning, we will return to re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional cost within 48 hours of your original appointment. -
Refunds:
Full or partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if the issue cannot be resolved with a re-clean. Partial refunds will only be considered if the complaint is made within 24 hours of the original service. -
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Your deposit may be kept as payment for loss wages. -
Non-Refundable Services:
Services that were completed as agreed, with no reported issues within the 24-hour window, are considered final and non-refundable. -
Client "No Show":
The client is either not home to let our staff in or has not left a key/way of entering. If they do not show up to unlock then the damage deposit will be kept. If they show up late then the same price charge will remain as our time is valuable.
