Terms & Conditions 2025

1. Services Provided

TLC Clean offers residential and/or commercial cleaning services as described on our website or in service agreements. Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleans, and specialty requests (upon approval-email or message us!).

2. Booking and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by us.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. A fee may apply for late cancellations.

  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit.

3. Access to Property

  • Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is delayed or denied, additional fees may apply or the appointment may be forfeited.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due when the staff member arrives unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept e-transfer or cash.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours. We will offer a free re-clean of the affected areas. Refunds may be issued only at our discretion.

6. Liability and Damages

  • We are fully insured and take great care with your property.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, improper item installation, or normal wear and tear.

  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service with proof.

7. Health and Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or agree on a new price if conditions are unsafe or hazardous (e.g., pest infestations, biohazards).

  • Clients must notify us in advance of any health risks, allergies, or sensitive materials. (You may request certain products if health related. Example green products.)

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
