Service Description

Our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning service is a deep, thorough clean designed to make homes look and feel brand new for incoming residents—or leave them spotless for their next occupants. This service covers all areas of the home, including often-overlooked spots, ensuring the property is clean, sanitized, and ready for move-in or inspection. THIS TYPE OF CLEAN CANNOT BE COMPLETED IN UNDER 4 HOURS WITH ONE STAFF MEMBER. Times are based on home square footage. Estimated booking times: 4-5 hours/500-900 sf, 6-7 hours/1000-1300 sf, 8-9 hours/1500-2000 sf, 10+ hours/2500+ sf. WHAT'S INCLUDED? All Rooms: Dust and wipe all surfaces (including baseboards, window sills, and ledges) Clean interior windows and window tracks Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, and vents Clean switch plates, outlet covers, and doorknobs Spot clean walls (as needed) Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop hard floors Remove cobwebs Empty and wipe out closets and shelving Clean inside and outside of doors Final walk-through for any missed spots Kitchen: Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers Clean inside and outside of refrigerator Clean inside and outside of oven and stovetop Clean inside and outside of microwave Clean inside and outside of dishwasher Wipe down countertops and backsplash Clean and sanitize sink and faucet Empty and disinfect trash can Sweep and mop floor Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect toilet, shower, tub, and sinks Scrub tile, grout, and all fixtures Clean mirrors and glass surfaces Clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers Wipe down countertops Empty and disinfect trash cans Sweep and mop floor Optional Add-Ons (upon request): Garage cleaning Patio or balcony sweeping This cleaning service is ideal for: *Homeowners preparing to list or close on a home *Tenants moving out to meet lease requirements *Property managers preparing rental units for new tenants *New homeowners or renters moving into a fresh, sanitized space


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule from the time of your scheduled clean there must be 24 hours notice minimum. If it is past the time frame then your deposit will be kept to make up for lost wages. If you did not give a deposit then there will be a $50 fee on your next clean. Full payment can be made upon arrival via e-transfer or cash. If extra time is needed there may be additional fees but that will be discussed prior to completion. If something is not cleaned up to standard, we will return to clean the areas free of charge but we must be contacted within 24 hours.
