Service Description
Our Standard Home Cleaning service is designed to keep your home fresh, tidy, and well-maintained on a regular basis. Ideal for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly appointments, this service covers all the essential areas of your home, focusing on cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. Our professional team will thoroughly clean high-traffic areas and surfaces to help maintain a healthy and welcoming living environment. We require a minimum 2 hours when booking. Booking duration widely depends on the square footage of home. Estimated times are as followed for standard bookings: 2 hours/500-900 sf, 3 hours/1000-1300 sf, 4 hours/1500-2000 sf, 5 hours/2500+ sf. WHATS INCLUDED? Kitchen: Wipe down countertops and surfaces Clean exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, etc.) Clean sink and faucet Spot clean cabinet exteriors Empty trash and replace liners Sweep and mop floors Baseboards dusted Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers Wipe mirrors and fixtures Empty trash Baseboards dusted Sweep and mop floors Living Areas & Bedrooms: Dust all surfaces, including furniture and shelves Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop hard floors Make beds Tidy up and dust/organize surfaces Baseboards dusted Empty trash bins General Touches: Light switch and door handle disinfecting Cobweb removal (reachable areas) Final walk-through for quality check Our cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment, and we offer eco-friendly product options upon request. The Standard Clean is perfect for keeping your home looking its best in between deep cleans or special occasions.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule from the time of your scheduled clean there must be 24 hours notice minimum. If it is past the time frame then your deposit will be kept to make up for lost wages. If you did not give a deposit then there will be a $50 fee on your next clean. Full payment can be made upon arrival via e-transfer or cash. If extra time is needed there may be additional fees but that will be discussed prior to completion. If something is not cleaned up to standard, we will return to clean the areas free of charge but we must be contacted within 24 hours.
